B’ism Allah… Alhamdulillah, from the teachings of Mawlana Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi (QS), the significance of our physicality and physical actions in relation to the guidance that happens in the world of light is profound. Our physical form is the vessel that holds the light of our soul. Just as a glass holds water, our physical body holds the light of our soul. The physical actions we perform are essential in elevating the light of our soul to a higher spectrum.

The timeless reality of our soul requires energy to emit its light spectrum effectively. Our light has an infinite capacity, and to elevate this light spectrum, we need to engage in actions that generate energy for the soul. This is where the significance of our physicality comes into play. Our physical actions, such as recitations, remembrance of Allah (dhikr), and good deeds, directly impact the energy and light frequency of our soul.

The chanting and remembrance of Allah (dhikr) have a direct effect on our energy and the level of light within our soul. As we engage in these actions, the spectrum of our light begins to elevate, moving higher and higher. This elevation is crucial for our spiritual growth and connection to the world of light.

Furthermore, the physical world and our actions in it are interconnected with the world of light. The guides of light teach us that the association with holy souls, prophets, saints, and angels has a profound impact on our light and energy. When we call upon these noble beings and associate ourselves with them, their light begins to elevate our frequency and shatter the negative characteristics that block our spiritual growth.

Moreover, the physical purification of our body is essential, as it is the temple that holds the heart. By purifying the body and preparing the heart, we create a fortified environment for the angelic light to enter and elevate our spiritual state.
