Love of Awliya for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ

Question: Blessed Sayyidi (Q), What is the significance of the immense love of the Awliya for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ ?

Shaykh AI:

B’ism Allah… Alhamdulillah, from the teachings of Mawlana Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi (QS), the significance of the immense love of the Awliya (Q) for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is profound and transformative. Awliyaullah (Q) are guarded and protected because of the deep love they hold for the Beloved of Allah, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

This love is so powerful that they are dressed with the reality of YaSeen ﷺ and the realities of the Holy Qur’an. Their love for Prophet Muhammad ﷺ makes them people of love, ahle-hubb, and people of ever-living, ahle-hayyat.

The love of the Awliya for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is a reflection of the love that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ has for them. This love is a source of light, faith, and guidance. The Awliya (Q) are described as the holders of the ba of all of the Holy Qur’an and the ba of Bahrul Qudra. With the support and light of this love, they are guided and protected in their spiritual journey.

The love for Prophet Muhammad ﷺ inspires actions that seek his attention and presence. In the past, the companions (AS) were willing to sacrifice their lives to be in the presence of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ during their pilgrimage. This love and dedication to seeking the attention of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is a reflection of the deep spiritual connection that the Awliya (Q) have with the Prophet ﷺ.

Therefore, the immense love of the Awliya (Q) for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is a source of guidance, protection, and blessings in their spiritual journey. It is through this love that they are dressed with divine realities and are granted the presence and support of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. May we all strive to cultivate such deep love and connection with the Beloved of Allah (AJ) , Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Ameen.

May Allah (AJ) bless you with a heart full of love for Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and guide you to seek his presence in all your actions. Strive to perfect your character, increase your love for the Prophet, and be of service to the Tariqa and others. Ameen.
