Muraqabah and Prayer

The practice of Muraqabah involves immersing oneself in the reality of the Shaykh (Q), seeking to manifest perpetual presence in the Shaykh’s (Q) reality. This is a means of connecting with the Divine Presence through the guidance of the Shaykh (Q). The recitations after the prayers can be performed with the intention of maintaining this spiritual connection and seeking the support and presence of the Shaykh (Q).

It’s important to maintain a state of adab (respect) and consciousness during this practice, allowing the soul to converse with the Shaykh (Q) and following the guidance that is revealed to the heart. The recitations can serve as a means to strengthen and build the relationship with the reality of the Shaykh (Q), thereby enhancing the spiritual connection.

This practice is a personal and unique journey for each individual, and it’s essential to develop one’s own personal relationship with the Shaykh (Q) as guided by the heart.
